Lotus Biscoff Salted Caramel Apple Cider Floats

This Lotus Biscoff twist on a classic is sure to be a new favorite. Our unique take on an ice cream float is the perfect combination of fruity, tart, and creamy - topped with a delicious Lotus Biscoff crunch!

Serves 2 people

• 6 scoops Lotus Biscoff Salted Caramel Ice Cream
• 3 cups chilled sparkling apple cider
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp caramel sauce
• 2 cinnamon sticks for garnish
• 2 apple slices for garnish
• 2 Lotus Biscoff cookies for garnish

    Add 3 scoops of Lotus Biscoff Salted Caramel Ice Cream into a glass.

    Pour 1 ½ cups sparkling apple cider over the top.

    Drizzle with ½ tbsp caramel sauce and sprinkle 1/8 tsp of cinnamon on top.
