Biscoff Mini Pancakes

15 minutes prepare in 4 steps

Mini pancakes, with maximum Biscoff taste.

  • 380ml milk
  • 250g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5g baking powder
  • 80g Biscoff Smooth
  • Red fruit e.g strawberries
  • Icing sugar

    Mix all ingredients (including Biscoff spread) well with a whisk.

    Heat a waffle maker. When the pan is hot, grease all the wells with a little butter. Fill each well to the top with batter. If you don't have a waffle maker, drop small amounts of batter in a large frying pan to make mini pancakes.

    Then bake both sides of the mini pancakes until both the bottom and top are brown.

    Serve the mini pancakes with red fruit, hot Biscoff Spread (heat for 30 seconds in the microwave) and a dusting of icing sugar.
