Pancakes with Biscoff

20 minutes prepare in 5 steps

A foodie classic, with our Biscoff Spread to top it off.

  • 300g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 3 spoons of oil
  • 50g melted butter
  • 60cl milk
  • 225g Biscoff Spread Smooth

    Place the flour in a bowl and form a small hole.

    Fill the hole with the eggs, sugar, oil and butter.

    Gently mix with a whisk, gradually adding the milk. The resulting paste should have a slightly thick consistency.

    Lightly oil and heat a medium frying pan. Ladle in a fifteenth of the batter and distribute in the pan. Wait for it to be cooked on one side before turning over. Bake all the pancakes in this way, over a medium heat.

    Spread each pancake on one side completely with Biscoff Spread. Then fold each pancake twice. Serve 2-3 folded pancakes per plate, and top off with heated Biscoff Spread (heat for 30 seconds in the microwave).
