Biscoff Honeycomb Bread

  • 525g flour
  • 250 g water, warm
  • 30 g powdered milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g dried yeast
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) salt
  • Cheese, optional
  • 30 ml milk
  • 250g Biscoff Smooth spread
  • 150g Biscoff cookies

    Start by proofing the yeast in warm water and leave it for a few minutes.

    Add the flour, powdered milk, sugar and salt to a bowl of a stand mixer.

    Add the yeast and by using the dough hook, start to combine the ingredients till a smooth dough forms.

    Once the dough is ready, divide it up into equal sized balls. Roll each of the bread balls on a floured surface to have smooth bread rolls.

    Place the dough in a greased 22 cm baking tin. Make sure they are slightly spaced apart. Leave the dough to rise for 10-15 minutes.

    Brush the bread rolls with milk.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes till golden brown.

    Heat the Biscoff spread till runny, add the spread over the bread rolls and top with Biscoff cookie crumbs.
