Biscoff American Pancakes

Enjoy classic American Pancakes with a Biscoff twist!


8 pancakes (serves 2 to 4 people)
  • 240g flour
  • 10ml baking powder
  • 5ml bicarbonate
  • 2g salt
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 350ml full fat milk
  • 1,5 half tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g melted butter + extra for baking
  • 100g Biscoff Smooth Red fruit e.g strawberries

Prepare in 5 steps

    Sift the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl.

    Add the milk, 1,5 tablespoons of lemon juice, eggs and melted butter and stir well to make a smooth batter.

    Heat a knob of butter in a pan and spoon an eigth of the mixture into the pan.

    Fry on both sides until nicely brown in colour.

    Top with hot Biscoff Spread (heat for 30 seconds in the microwave), and decorate with red fruit.
